Collaboration Process

● Print review. Read the drawing, flag what will fight the brake before it is quoted. Methods: DFM markup, bend deduction, flat pattern.

● Prototype. One part, formed and measured, before anyone commits to a run. Methods: laser, brake, first-article report.

● Production. Nest, cut, form, weld, finish. Methods: fixtured setups, in-process checks, documented.

● Delivery. Packed so it arrives the way it left. Methods: custom crating, edge protection, count sheet.
