What you make or move, who buys it, and what is currently getting in the way. We will ask how a quote turns into an order, because that is usually where the answer is.

Next 15

We tell you what we see

Straight read on what we would do first, what we would leave alone, and roughly what it costs. If your problem is operational rather than creative, we will say that too.

Last 5

Next step or no step

Either we agree on a scope to write up, or we tell you we are not the right fit and point you somewhere better. Both are fine outcomes.

Afterwards

Nothing you did not ask for

No drip sequence, no newsletter, no chasing. If you want a proposal you will have it in a week. If you do not, you will not hear from us.
